Brunch For A Bunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained
    3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. or 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green onion or green pepper
    12 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan well.
    Layer the following: potatoes, sausage, cheese, veggies, mixture of milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May also use chopped ham with 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack hot cheese.
