Apricot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 small jars apricot baby food
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
