Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour milk (can substitute 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar to 1/2 c. milk)
    3 bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Combine first 3 items and cream them with mixer.
    Mix flour, salt and soda in sifter.
    Add to the creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla and sour milk.
    Mash bananas with mixer and add to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Grease two loaf pans (9-inch).
    Divide mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    about 45 to 50 minutes.
    Test with toothpick.
