Egg Noodles Mom Made - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder (optional)
    3 well beaten eggs
    few drops yellow food color (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients, make a hole in the center.
    Add egg and stir from center with fork until mixed completely.
    Roll out on well floured board.
    Use plenty of flour because it will be sticky.
    Cut in strips for noodles or squares for dumplings.
    (I use a pizza cutter, very quick and easy.)
    Boil in rich broth until tender.
