Gooseberry Or Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    gooseberries
    rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, flour and sugar. Pour over gooseberries or rhubarb in a pie shell. Place a top shell over the custard and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes until fruit is done and crust is browned. Sugar could be sprinkled over top crust before baking.
