Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/3 c. sifted plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients. Add liquids and beat well. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans or 4 greased 1-pound coffee cans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes. Let cool and remove from cans. Freezes well. (May bake in 1 large tube pan.)
