Everything Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped ham
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1/4 c. cut-up mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped tomatoes
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute ham, onion, pepper and mushrooms in about 1 teaspoon butter. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl. Heat frying pan with enough oil to coat pan, at about medium heat. Then reduce heat to low-medium and add half of the eggs. Make sure the eggs coat the pan. Then add the cheese and tomatoes on half of egg. After cheese melts and eggs cook, add the other ingredients. Then put the other half of egg on top of ingredients and serve. Then repeat recipe for the other omelette. Yields 2 (3 egg) omelettes.
