Italian Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast of your choice
    3 pkg. dry Italian dressing
    1 jar pepperoncini peppers
Preparation
    Start 24 hours before you want to eat. Put roast in crock-pot. Sprinkle with packages of dry salad dressing mix. Pour pepperoncinis, juice and all over roast. Start on high for 2 hours, then turn to low. Before serving, pull apart and put on sub rolls or buns.
