Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 head lettuce
    6 to 8 slices bacon
    1 medium purple onion
    Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Break up lettuce and cover bottom of 12 x 9-inch pan.
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
    Crumble bacon over lettuce.
    Thinly slice onion and layer over bacon.
    Break or slice cauliflower into bite-size pieces and place over onion.
    Mix mayonnaise and sugar; drizzle over cauliflower.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Toss and serve.
