Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. solid shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients until crumbly, then add enough ice water to hold the mixture together. Start with about 5 tablespoons.
May have to add more. This will make a 9 or 10-inch two-crust pie.
