Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. cream-style or whole corn
    2/3 c. oil
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. red ground pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown in an oblong pan.
