Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
4 drops red liquid food coloring
1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
1 (16 oz.) can pitted cherries, drained
Preparation

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in food color, nuts and cherries. Place cups in muffin pan; spoon fruit mixture evenly into cups. Cover; freeze 8 hours. Remove from freezer. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Makes 1 dozen cups.
