Sour Cream Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    melted butter or oleo (in addition to first item listed)
Preparation
    Place butter in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and sugar. Cool mixture to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl. Stir in sour cream mixture and eggs. Combine flour and salt. Gradually add to yeast mixture, mixing well. Cover dough and refrigerate overnight. Punch down dough and divide into 4 equal parts. Roll each into a 10-inch circle on a floured surface; brush with butter. Cut into 12 wedges. Roll up each wedge, beginning at wide end. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in warm place, free of draft, until double, about 1 hour. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 or 12 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen.
