Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crab meat
    1/4 c. Rose wine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of thyme (optional)
    1 c. celery, thinly sliced
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. almonds, sliced
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Toss crab with wine.
    Marinate for 30 minutes. Combine cream, mustard, salt and thyme. Toss crab, celery and eggs with mixture. Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with almonds and cheese.
    Pour butter over it.
    Bake.
