Frozen Raspberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    lettuce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine marshmallows and orange juice.
    Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds on High, stirring until marshmallows are melted. Let cool.
    Add cream cheese and mayonnaise to cooled mixture; beat until smooth.
    Whip cream; stir in whipped cream, raspberries and pecans.
    Pour into lightly oiled 7 1/2 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pan; freeze overnight.
