Cherokee Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
2 c. grated cheese
2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. diced canned jalapenos
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except save 1 cup cheese to top casserole. Pour in greased casserole dish. Top with saved cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
