Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. Jiffy mix or Bisquick
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cranberries, halved
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl:
    sugar, Bisquick, egg and orange juice. Fold in nuts and cranberries.
    Bake in greased baking pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 2 small loaves or 1 angel food pan. Can be made in coffee tins or soup cans for holiday gifts.
