Festive Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can pitted dark cherries, drained and chopped
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatins in boiling water; stir in orange juice. Chill until mixture is the consistency of an unbeaten egg white. Fold in remaining ingredients; spoon into a lightly oiled 5-cup mold.
    Chill until set.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
