Zucchini-Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium zucchini
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. crushed cornflake crumbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut zucchini into discs and dip in melted butter.
In gallon size Baggie, combine cheese, crumbs, salt and pepper.
After dipping squash in butter, drop into Baggie and toss to cover. Place squash on baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and tender.
