E. Z. Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. broccoli, chopped
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
    8 eggs
    2 c. ham, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
Preparation
    Tear crusts from bread; line in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer cheese, ham and broccoli, then bread centers.
    Mix eggs, milk and onion, then pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
