Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 small pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 qt. milk
1 qt. water
3/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. water
3 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and a little of the quart of water, enough to get it mixed.
Then add broccoli, 1 quart milk and rest of 1 quart water.
Stir until it begins to thicken, then add rest of milk, water and chicken soup.
Let simmer for awhile.
Stir frequently to keep from sticking.
When serving, add a little grated cheese to each serving.
