Graham Cracker Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. marshmallows, diced
    1 pkg. dates, chopped
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    30 graham crackers, finely crushed
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Combine marshmallows, dates and walnuts; mix thoroughly with 1 3/4 cups cracker crumbs.
    Add unwhipped cream; mix well.
    Shape into roll; coat in remaining crumbs.
    Wrap well in waxed paper; refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
    Slice; serve with whipped cream.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
