Cheddar Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
salt and seasonings to taste
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter and blend in flour.
Gradually add milk and cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Blend in cheese, salt and seasonings.
Yields 1 quart.
