Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini
    5 Tbsp. salt
    1 green bell pepper
    6 c. sugar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    4 c. onion
    2 1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop fine the zucchini, bell peppers and onion.
    Mix with salt.
    Let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 20 minutes and seal in hot jars.
    Makes 6 pints.
