Chinese Style Fried Rice(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice (not cooked)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan.
    Stir in the rice.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Cook egg in margarine in a skillet until set.
    Add onion and rice. Cook and stir over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
    Combine remaining 1/3 cup water and soy sauce.
    Stir into rice.
    Serve hot.
    Yield:
    about 4 servings.
