Watercress Fish Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. steak sauce
salt and pepper
1/4 c. watercress leaves, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Gradually add milk and cook until thickened.
Add additional milk if sauce is too thick.
Stir in steak sauce and season with salt and pepper. Blend in watercress.
Serve immediately with hot poached, steamed or broiled fish.
Makes 1 cup.
