Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut the flour, shortening and salt together in a bowl.
    Mix the egg, vinegar and water together in a cup.
    Add to the flour mixture.
    Makes two 9-inch crusts.
