Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. corn oil or Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and cinnamon into large mixing bowl.
    Add vanilla and oil, then one egg at a time.
    With electric mixer, beat until smooth.
    Fold in nuts and bake in ungreased tube cake pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Leave in pan until cool.
    This cake can be used with or without being iced.
