Rigatoni With Broccoli(Yield: 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Bunch Broccoli
    Salt
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    4 garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
    Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper
    8 oz. Rigatoni
    1/2 cup Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
Preparation
    1. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
    Bring 4 quarts of water to boil, add broccoli and salt to taste.
    Cook 5 minutes. Scoop broccoli out and set aside.
