Baked Bootleg Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips bacon
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) pork and beans
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Dice bacon and fry. When 1/2 done, add onion. When onion is slightly brown, pour off grease and add pork and beans. Add brown sugar, vinegar and catsup. Stir well, then cover pan with lid. Bake slowly in a 300\u00b0 oven for a couple hours or, if you prefer, can simmer slowly on top of stove for about 30 minutes.
