Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small green pepper
1 medium onion
5 c. cooked carrots, sliced
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook carrots. Drain and cool.
Cut onion and pepper in rounds and mix with carrots.
Mix together other ingredients and pour over vegetables.
Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more. Will keep 2 to 3 weeks.
