Chocolate Truffle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 stick unsalted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. hot water
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Melt chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler. Remove from heat.
    Add flour, sugar and water and blend well.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
