Italian Buffet Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chopped meat
    7 eggs (large)*
    1/4 to 1/2 c. cheese (more towards 1/2 c.)*
    1/4 to 1/2 c. bread crumbs (more towards 1/2 c.)*
    3 cloves garlic
    parsley (Italian) to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put meat in bowl.
    Add cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Mix.
    Make into balls and fry.
    Place in sauce.
