Holiday Peppermint Crunch Bark - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white chocolate
    3/4 to 1 c. peppermint candies (found at candy stores) or crushed candy canes, etc.
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in double boiler.
    Add the candy; mix gently. Pour onto ungreased, non-Teflon cookie sheet.
    Put into freezer about 10 minutes.
    Break into pieces and store in cool, dry place.
