Farmers Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon, celery or vegetable Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans tuna, drained
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 c. cooked peas
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add tomato juice, lemon juice and salt.
Chill to egg white consistency.
Fold in tuna, celery, macaroni and peas.
Turn into lightly greased baking dish and chill firm.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf with Mustard Salad Dressing.
