Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 onions, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    5 c. bouillon
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 slice toast (per person)
Preparation
    Heat butter; add onions.
    Cook until soft.
    Add bouillon and simmer 30 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put toast in bowl. Pour soup over toast and top with Parmesan cheese.
