Roasted Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into slices.
    Toss.
    Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until tender, about 40 minutes.
