Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, skinned
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chicken, to make marinade. Place chicken and marinade in shallow pan.
    Refrigerate for 4 hours.
    Remove chicken and brown under broiler.
    Return chicken to pan with marinade.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
