Barbecue Sauce For Pork Chops Or Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. salad oil
    1 chopped onion (medium)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil and add onion and garlic.
    Cook until tender, not brown.
    Add other ingredients and bring to boil.
    Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Baste meat last 10 minutes of cooking time with sauce.
    Can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks. Yields 1 quart, enough for 3 to 4 chops or ribs.
