Feather Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. warm milk (110~)
1 pkg. yeast
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. flour
Preparation

Put warm milk and yeast in mixing bowl.
Let stand for five minutes and stir well.
Add sugar, salt and egg.
Beat with mixer until well blended.
Add flour, beat, cover the bowl and let rise 5 minutes.
Stir batter down and fill well-greased muffin tins 1/2 full.
