Zucchini Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large zucchini, grated
1 egg
3 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
6 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Mix ingredients (should be thick batter consistency).
Spoon into frypan greased with oleo or butter.
Fry until brown.
