Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Sauers fried chicken seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 baking potatoes
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into wedges.
    Shake in flour mixture.
    Place in oven dish.
    Melt 1 stick of margarine and pour over potatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
