Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 1/2 oz. box Martha White or Jiffy instant corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/2 stick melted butter
1 can creamed corn
1 can Niblets corn, drained
1 small carton sour cream or 1/2 large carton sour cream
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix together creamed and Niblets corn, 1/2 box muffin mix, egg, sour cream and melted butter.
Stir well and place in 9 x 14-inch Pyrex dish.
Mix Cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers together and sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
