No-Fail Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients; beat just until smooth.
    Do not overbeat.
    Fill generously greased muffin cups half full.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Prick crust with tip of knife during last 5 minutes of baking to allow steam to escape.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6 to 8 popovers.
    Use popover cups for larger, higher rising muffins.
