Orange-Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat
    cream
    cheese
    with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Add
    biscuit mix and sugar; mix well.
    Add the remaining ingredients,
    stirring
    just
    until moistened.
    Spoon into greased muffin
    pans, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 1 1/2 dozen.
