Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat (regular or lump)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (red pepper)
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Remove shells from crab meat.
    Add all of the above ingredients in order listed.
    Shape into 10 to 12 cakes and fry in hot oil until golden brown or broil.
