Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium red potatoes
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    1 lb. processed American cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    2 slices bread, cut in cubes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place unpeeled potatoes in saucepan; cover with water.
    Cook until tender, but firm.
    Drain; cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Place in an ungreased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add pimento, onion, garlic salt and onion salt; toss gently.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Place the bread cubes on top and pour butter over all.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted. Yield:
    10 to 12 servings.
