Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat well egg white and 1 tablespoon water.
    Add nuts and coat well.
    Put sugar, cinnamon and salt into plastic bag.
    Add nuts and coat well.
    Lightly oil jelly roll pan and spread nuts in pan. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Separate pecans and store in airtight container.
