Chicken Glace - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 onion, minced
    1 bell pepper, minced
    1 c. celery, minced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. onion tops, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    4 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over cold water.
    Let stand one minute, then stir over low heat about three minutes. Set aside.
