Salmon Loaf With Olive Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, minced
    4 Tbsp. mayo
    1/2 c. celery soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick celery, chopped
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well; bake in bread pan at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
